Infinite

Her eyes contained galaxies,
Stars exploding, I could see it all;
Her presence was so electric, yet,
Her touch as soft as a daisy blooming
in the morning light;
Her eyes pierced my skin, down to the very bone;
So marvelously have I been blessed,
To have found, found this beautiful soul,
Which compliments mine;
Our hearts beat in rhythm, fingers intertwined,

I swear with all my being,
We poured our hearts out,
And somehow, it was okay;
We shone so bright,
In that moment, right then,
We were infinite.
